Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Naot footwear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box, secure them in a shipping mailer, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
