How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Are Naot shoes available in wide or narrow widths?
While we do not offer specific width designations for all models, many of our collections are designed with different widths in mind. Our 'Scandinavian' collection generally fits narrow to medium, while the 'Allegro' collection offers a more generous fit.
Can I replace the footbeds in my Naots?
Yes, many of our styles feature removable footbeds. This allows you to replace them with fresh Naot footbeds to extend the life of your shoes or use custom orthotics if preferred.
How do I care for my leather Naot shoes?
We recommend using a high-quality leather cream or conditioner to keep the leather supple. For suede or nubuck styles, use a specialized brush to remove dirt and a water-repellent spray to protect against moisture.
